Dire day out. Save your money and go elsewhere
Diggerland Kent的点评
点评：The park is in desperate need of a refurbishment. It looked worse than a ‘travelling fair’ quality of ride- one ride was duct taped to the extreme and the harness was secured by someone tying a piece of rope behind you. The staff are utterly vacant and as another review has said recently, don’t have any awareness of people waiting. Some people were on the diggers (skittles and hook the duck) for 20 minutes a time whilst there were dozens of people queuing.
We were shocked with how small Diggerland was for the cost- seen as it’s in the same price bracket as paulton’s park and you get get a day at Legoland significantly cheaper (using vouchers etc) it is absolutely not in line with that kind of day. Although we travelled 2 hours to get there, we left after 2 hours as the queues were 30 minutes plus and that was before particular groups of people were queue jumping and multiple adults and children joined the queue infront of you.
Some of the things our son was tall enough for he struggled with (the mini jeeps) as he couldn’t press the pedal. The staff member didn’t give a second of his time to try and show him what to do, instead we had to take him off crying- we saw this happen to numerous children where a couple of seconds would have made all the difference.
The signs are confusing- the police car driving had a minimum height of 90cm and minimum driver height of 140cm. Queued for half an hour to be told that our children were too small to drive it, but as adults we were too big (maximum age of 17, although many other adults were allowed to be passengers?) so we wasted more time there and again left with disappointed children.
The only positive we had for the day was that the car park had electric car charging points for free, although at only 2kwh we weren’t actually there long enough to see much of an impact on the mileage. I wouldnt recommend this day out to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

标志令人困惑——警车的最低身高要求是90厘米，驾驶员的最低身高要求是140厘米。我们排了半个小时的队，才被告知我们的孩子太小不能开，但我们作为成年人又太大了（最高年龄是17岁，虽然很多其他成年人都可以乘坐？），所以我们在那里浪费了更多时间，再次带着失望的孩子离开。
当天我们唯一感到庆幸的是停车场有免费的电动汽车充电桩，虽然它的电量只有2千瓦时，但我们在停车场待的时间并不长，没能感受到它对续航里程的影响。我不会推荐任何人去这里。省下钱去别的地方吧。
