Poor badly run business who don’t care to loose money and custom

点评：Wasn’t the the best experience we came from Bournemouth after ring up the pier twice about the fair on the end of the pier the woman on the phone said that the fair and amusements shut at 11pm be warned what a joke that was as the fair shuts when it wants due to if it’s busy or not we arrived at 8pm my partner and I and our child who has additional needs to find that the kiosk was shutting at 8.30pm that day and last rides were at 8.45pm we braught a ticket £10 for 10 rides thinking that it would be ok for a few rides as we went around rides were already closed this was no help to us for our daughter who is 3 and has additional needs we on looked to the rest of the adult rides and as we went around they were shutting too. We spoke to a person and he said the peir isn’t making much money and they don’t always know when it shuts or not u til the manager on the day decides to call it. No wonder it’s a loss maker people don’t know when you are open til it’s like a pub you want to go for a beer at 8 but as it’s quiet you shut at 9 but it says open TIL 11 I never go back to these places because you ain’t sure. The place looked amazing and fun but what a massive let down for the time of night when it was dry warm and as we walked thou the amusements busy. My suggestion to make the money would be to get off your butts and walk thou the amusements selling the £10 bands have them numbered so then you’d know no money was going missing or just have it card only don’t just sit and mope about think about it it’s business at the end of the day.
