点评:Very poor customer service at Kingsway station on 12th July 2025 (1:50pm) at Summer Steam event. I will be writing to them about this as we had visited from Northumberland and were shocked at the poor service we received for no reason at all (we are 2 adults and a young child). We waited for 10 minutes to be served and twice other people were served instead of us. We stood waiting and we were told by the lady serving twice that other people were more a priority as they were buying train tickets, and as we had tickets already we were not a priority. We had spent £17 on tickets that day. She was very rude to us for no reason at all. Despite waiting for 10 minutes in a queue after 2 people who had just walked in were served in front of us, we decided finally to walk out. Our 3 year old was very upset and it spoilt the day. I plan to write to the company to ask for a full refund on our tickets as it completely ruined our day.
