点评：We had my daughter’s birthday party here today, Oct 1, 2023 and I was absolutely disgusted with the owner and staff. They are the least accommodating event space I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I asked if we could switch one activity for another, and I was told “they could not FATHOM the idea of changing the activity”. I asked if I could come in 30 minutes early to set up for the party, and I was told it was impossible and I had to manage getting everything set up in 15 minutes. Then when I arrived, I asked for assistance in removing the items they lay out on the tables. I wanted to put my table cloths that I purchased on the tables instead of the blank white table cloths they put out. The owner/manager mockingly and smugly said to me that I could remove everything myself and put the table cloths on. I asked for assistance again because had I been able to decorate with 30 minutes to spare instead of 15, the tables would not have been pre-set. She very rudely said to me “YOUR PARTY HOST IS MAKING PIZZA. WOULD YOU RATHER SHE MADE PIZZA OR HELPED WITH THIS?” I said, I would rather she helped with this, and we can push the pizza back a few minutes. She then got even ruder and said “YEAH, SHE’S MAKING YOUR PIZZAS, SO AGAIN, YOU CAN REMOVE THESE THINGS YOURSELF AND PUT THE TABLE CLOTHS ON”.
I was astonished. It was so blatantly rude, and dismissive.
Then, during the cake cutting, I asked our party host, Maddie if we could have plates for the children and the owner/manager came back and told me in a condescending tone that it was a $15 WASH FEE for plates. Mind you, we are already spending nearly $700 for this party (which we would be happy to do again with a respectful and thoughtful company) but a wash fee is where I draw the line. Nothing I asked for was accommodated. The rudest customer service I’ve ever received in my 33 years.
The owner is an absolute cow. And the party host was nice enough but easily annoyed working with children ranging from age 7-9. Why she was on the party to begin with if she gets easily frustrated is beyond me. I will never spend money here again, and I will constantly remind any and everyone in my circles to not patronize this disgusting business. Beautiful space, but the ugliest of characters inside.
And to the Pinspiration Staff, do not even BOTHER writing some ridiculous response, patronizing me like you did your other 1 star reviews. You ARE rude. You ARE unprofessional. And no response, comment, call, apology or anything else will make up for that.
