点评：Overall this was a great experience with the pilot, Matthias (from memory). 5 stars for him. He did a great job and was very respectful towards myself and my safety. He loves what he does, and is the right person for it. I'd like to thank him very much, and would definitely fly with him again.
I had an issue with extra costs and upselling. I booked a particular flight and was asked 4 times to change it to a longer flight.
I was yelled at by Zacharias K, when purchasing my cable car ticket (free with my tell pass), and was told not to do that (buy/ get a free one). I looked at him and said it's included in my pass. I had previously explained my tell pass to the driver, and in my broken language, I heard him explain it to Zacharias K.
I did opt to purchase the go pro footage which was clear and gave great photos/footage.
I was charged an additional travel fee. You are told to meet at the train station. It states that you can get to flying destinations by public transport. Silly me, assuming I was catching a train. When a van pulled up with 2 men inside, (I was by myself), my hesitation to attend the car was prominent. I stood back for quite a while debating within myself what to do. I sent a message home and asked them to keep an eye on my tracker. Women traveling alone always have to be hyper vigilant. This would not have been a problem, if in a group of people.
