Grey, Basic and Garbage
Lifehouse Spa的点评
点评：Grounds: this is probably the only good thing about the life house spa. Their grounds. They have an amazing outdoor space and the walks are good, the gardens are also well maintained.
Other than that, it’s garbage.
I’ve been there twice. The first time I asked for a deep tissue massage and what I received was definitely not a deep tissue massage. The lady did not have a clue on what she was doing. It felt like she was practicing karate on my body.
I stayed in a “signature” garden access room and that too was garbage and basic. The toilet felt like my local community gym toilet.
The breakfast options were also basic with only 4 or 5 options to choose from. You also get coffee from a coffee machine you have to go and get yourself using Asda white cracked builders coffee mugs.
The second visit was a day visit and this had a new set of issues. Staff. They didn’t have enough staff to carry out treatments.
And as for the staff themselves, they are all english, white and rude. No diversity and professionalism. You can tell some of them are nursing a hangover from the night before.
And oh they have no concierge. And the carpark is miles away from the entrance.
If I was to change things here, I would hire a more diverse staff member that actually appreciate their job. I would also make more choices available for breakfast. I would also serve proper coffee and tea, not the machine nonsense they have. I would also have a concierge to help and welcome visitors as they arrive. I would also fire all the masseuse and hire new ones.
The management here has no clue about hospitality. It’s a glorified leisure centre.
