Worst ever spa experience- after care appalling

点评：This was meant to be a special occasion for my daughters 18th and a memory to cherish instead I now have a constant memory featured on my face following a facial carried out causing the blood vessels on my face to have burst - I went to the reception on 3 different occasions to get reassurance on what is it and if it would go - they said it’s normal should disappear after 48 hrs - sent 4 emails afterwards with my concerns and photos no response so called them the following day where the manager was in training but supervisor not available and deputy supervisor was out - finally after copying my email to all 3 got a very very poor response and still no reassurance no customer care no empathy- it’s ruin my weekend with my daughters party and dinner plans no photos of myself everyone I have seen have asked if I have been hit in the face - the spa on the email say sorry for the reaction but this is NOT a reaction this is burst blood vessels caused via your therapist and treatment with “cupping” nothing was pre-warned this could result in same - it’s now 5 days later still clearly evident on my face and I seeked advice from a specialist yesterday who confirmed it was blood vessels broken which could only have been a result of the facial as was not there upon entry and was there immediately afterwards in the treatment room as pointed out by my daughter- I have had many many facials even only last month and never had any issues with my skin - absolutely disgusted in the way they respond saying “never happened before” and “have a lovely day” it’s patronising and I’m fuming - well it has happened and it’s happened to me - warning to do ask for a regenerator facial unless your prepared for these risks
