Exceptional Service on Our Anniversary – Compliments for Your Team

点评：IMy partner and I had the pleasure of celebrating at your spa and I felt the need to reach out directly to express our sincere thanks for the outstanding service we received particularly from Eleanor your Food & Beverage Supervisor.
From start to finish, Eleanor was super, , genuine warm , happy and made the evening truly memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who so clearly takes pride in their role, everything was spot on. She was a real credit to your team.
We also wanted to mention Max and Luke on the bar who were absolutely terrific — friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to chat to. They really added to the atmosphere and made us feel right at home.
And lastly, a special mention from my partner who said (without hesitation!) that her steak was better than the one she had at Champneys, high praise indeed.
Please do pass on our thanks to the team — they all made our evening feel extra special. We’re already looking forward to returning soon.
