点评:Pick up at hotel 15 minutes late,no apology. When we boarded the boat we waited on board 1 hour 15 minutes while they tried to sell as many tickets as they can to completly fill the boat to capacity. The journey to Gozo was well over two hours and we were told we would have between 2 and 3 hours on Gozo.When arrived we were put on an very old double decker sightseeing bus for a short journey to the centre , where we had to pay for a land train to take up near to the top of Gozo . We were told to be back on the bus in 30 minutes,just enough time for a coffee and nothing else. We were then back to the boat and on to the Blue Lagoon where we could not get off due to the gangway being over 3 feet from the rocks below where we were expected to jump onto from a rolling boat. We then waited on the boat for about an hour and then the 2 hour journey back to Sliema where the bus dropped half a mile from our hotel. I complained to Supreme's office and asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds but could have the tour again ,not much good as we were going home that afternoon. Couldn't care less attitude on the phone and a company with little regard to health and safety and one I would not use again.
