点评:Arrived at Dyrham Park it was not very busy and it was raining. We paid £21.00 each for entry. and headed for the the house. We followed the signs directing us down a very uneven stony path after about half a mile in the rain there was still no sign of the house. we eventually arrived soaked and worse for wear as I am recovering from an ankle injury. Once there we noticed a shuttle bus. We were incredulous that the two ladies who took our entry fee did not see the need to outline the distance to the house or the options available to get there. Some simple Direction, courtesy and customer care would have greatly improved our visit.
instead we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
The National Trust needs to investigate and identify these training needs as it is greatly diminishing what would otherwise be a beautiful experience.
Very Disappointing.

如果能提供一些简单的指引、礼貌和客户服务,我们的参观体验就会大大改善。
然而,我们却感到沮丧和失望。
国民托管组织需要调查并确定这些培训需求,因为这大大降低了原本美好的体验。
非常令人失望。
