Margate you made the history tour so interesting

点评：We arrived in time to do the Sunday History Tour, at 11, with Margrate and her 2 colleagues. She made the tour so interesting and told us things we would not have necessarily known.
We went into the little church, which is actually the village church, and nothing to do with Wimpole Hall, we were told why when you look at the hall the right hand side has artificial windows.
We went into the house at 12 when it opened, and were very disappointed that due to the lack of volunteers only the ground floor and basement were open. There is not much furniture to be seen and we didn't spend to much time wandering around.
We found a bench outside the house and had a picnic, which was nice, the grounds are lovely
Plenty of free parking, with lots of disabled parking, which unfortunately some lazy people use, as they were not displaying a blue badge.
Would not return as feel not enough to see in the house, and we are not really interested in the farm.
