利物浦中央图书馆的点评
点评：Lovely bright and spacious library located in Liverpool City centre. Towards the entrance, there are titles of books etched into the path, and 16 random letters are coloured red, which you can write down and spell out the words, "cyclops in the wood." On entering the library, your eyes are drawn upwards to the beautiful circular opening in the ceiling that shows all of the other floors at a glance.
There are lifts and stairs to get to each level, and toilets are available.
The library is modern and clean, and it has plenty of public computers, and some interesting displays to look at. I really liked the display showing the Paul Young album, "No Parlez". Not one copy, but possibly 50 of them all together! Maybe it was the most borrowed album back when libraries lent out vinyl records. Who knows?
