Amazing gardens
Ness Botanic Gardens的点评
点评：We are members and regularly visit these gardens with our children. There is a beautiful variety of plants and trees and lots of variety. The gardens are much larger than they seem at first with plenty of areas to explore and something to see at all times of year. Particular highlights are the vegetable garden, the magnolia area and the woodlands with bamboo plantations. Although the playpark is only small, the children love the tractors and exploring the gardens. Well-worth becoming a member if you live anywhere near.
My only criticisms are-
a) the map which is poor and unattractive for new visitors.
b) the cafe which we have given up on. This could be a real source of extra revenue if it was run a bit better but they insist on trying to do table service despite not being very good at it. Often wait 20 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes for order as staff chat with each other- that's when it is empty and we just want a coffee. You could easily do self-service and give out a number for hot food orders the way everyone else does- get way more people in faster!
