Skegness Pier - Captain Kid's的点评
点评：Took the kids into the soft play and have been doing so without issue for years. Never again. Apparently it’s changed this year to specific 2 hour sessions rather than just paying for 2 hours. Only a small blackboard halfway along the bar (separate to the prices) to advise of this which wasn’t in sight when we arrived due to people crowding around. Paid to go in and getting kicked out after only an hour. No staff mentioned this as we were paying and were still accepting paying customers with 35 minutes of the session still to go. Staff attitude was that they would definitely have told us and it was clearly displayed. Wouldn’t have had an issue if this was true and we’d had the information to choose whether to go in or not. We weren’t the only people pointing out that this clearly wasn’t the case. Total rip off.
Edit: it would appear that the guy who appeared to be in charge was lying, he stated it had been like this all year, we know it hasn’t as we had been in earlier in the season. Confirmed after speaking to other people who didn’t have this issue earlier in the season.
