Review for LC2 Swimming Lessons (Ages 3–4)

点评：I’ve been quite disappointed with the swimming lessons for 3–4-year-olds at LC2. The class size is far too large — one teacher for eight very young children — which isn’t appropriate for this age group. At this stage, kids need close supervision and individual attention to feel safe and to actually learn. Unfortunately, that’s not happening here.
To make things worse, the swimming teacher did not seem very professional in how she handled the lessons or interacted with the children. Even more concerning, her attitude towards parents was quite dismissive and unwelcoming. As a parent, I expect to be treated with respect when raising concerns or simply trying to understand how my child is doing.
Overall, this setup doesn’t feel safe or supportive. I strongly believe LC2 needs to reduce class sizes, provide additional qualified support, and ensure that staff are trained not just in swimming instruction, but also in communicating respectfully with parents.
I won’t be continuing with the lessons unless these issues are addressed.
