Lovely, chilly, half day out
Longdown Activity Farm的点评
点评：The farm had a lot of water so the tractor rides were off limits to protect the fields.
That was the only disappointment.
The farm has lots of animals to see and in many instances touch and feed, with a carefully thought through visitor programme.
It was a joy to see the kids faces - tiny chick's, guinea pigs, goats, and much more.
Also a shout out for the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Especially a mention for the lady behind the till in the very nice cafe.
Despite the mess from our 20 month old child, she insisted it was no problem and did not have us tidy up stating "no problem, I'll do it" Good old fashioned friendly service.
On a hot summer day we could've spent more time. Even on a cold October day allow a good three hours or so.
