点评：We have cycled here twice this week … first of all, don’t be put off by the industrial estate location. If you don’t have a car, it’s not a long cycle from Gympie Terrace and isn’t far from the Doonella Lake cycle path if you’re on a day out. They also open early each day so easy to drop in on your way through.
First impressions - cool industrial vibe - market packed to the rafters with wonderful fresh and organic produce. Not cheap but everything you could need and more - packed to the rafters.
And now to the cafe! On our first visit I had a scrumptious (large and filling) lamb and mint “sausage roll” with tomato relish and a side of salads (which were scrumptious in their own right) and my husband had a stupendous almond croissant from Tanglewood (it was very difficult to choose from the wonderful
Pastries on offer) - washed down with good coffee (long blacks) from Clandestinos- chilled out on a lovely couch tucked away under the stairs. Place was buzzing and very cool. We were so impressed we popped back today.
We had spicy chicken and salad wraps today which were nice (tbh I preferred the salads the other day). Afraid we didn’t at all like today’s filter and for me was too cold. I left the coffee - highly unusual for me. NOTE that today (Sunday) Tanglewoods wasn’t open as was at the Noosa Farmers’ Market!
Would definitely go back - plenty more wonderful looking things to try (like 18 hour slow cooked lasagne!).
