点评：As a coffee roaster, Belmondos should know better.
I’ve raised this multiple times, yet there has been no improvement. Their long blacks consistently arrive lukewarm because the cups are not properly heated before use. To make matters worse, the cups are stored upside down on the machine, meaning they are not being warmed effectively in the first place.
A good long black should be served in a properly heated cup to maintain temperature and allow the coffee to be enjoyed as intended. Even after specifically requesting a hot cup on numerous occasions, the issue remains unchanged.
The coffee itself is strong enough, but when it arrives barely hot, the experience is disappointing. For a café that roasts its own coffee and has such a strong reputation, attention to these basic details should be a given.
Unfortunately, after repeated visits and repeated feedback, nothing has changed. Should know better!
