点评:I visited Leeds Castle with my partner and my dog whilst I was out walking. We went into the grounds across the cricket pitch and through the gate at the rear. We passed a ticket office which was closed and walked as far as the drawbridge of the castle. I walked across the bridge where I was met by a round bearded angry biker style security man who ordered me to leave as I hadn’t paid. I wondered how he knew this but was rather scared and so didn’t bother to stop to ask. I walked around the moat of the castle along the edge of the golf course and when I met the road , this same angry man was there in a vehicle. He ordered me to leave. I believe you are allowed to walk in Leeds Castle as it a public right of way, but I had still not seen anywhere I could purchase a ticket. We began to walk toward the exit and this crazy security man followed us slowly in his car. It was quite terrifying. We asked some people on a bench if an admission ticket was required and they told us not. When I reached the second hand book shop, I went in to report that the security man was intimidating us and to ask them to intervene which they kindly did. They also explained where I could buy a ticket but by this point we just wanted to get away. As fast as we could. I did not enjoy my experience and would advise anyone against visiting.
