点评：I cannot say enough good things about this museum. I have been to Galway several times - walked around the city and even stayed once in Salt Hill. All very lovely. My last visit to Galway found me with a few hours to kill before I met up with a friend who lives in town. I thought I would spend my time at the Galway City Museum. What a good idea!!! I learned so much, even though I have been to the town several times and had a tour from my friend. There is so much to take in at this museum that two hours should be your minimum. I spent a bit too much time in the beginning of the museum but for me, the real meat of museum was from the half-way point to the end. I knew "some" of the material covered but this provided me in-depth knowledge. I left the museum so excited to have spent my time wisely. As a occasional Irish history teach back home, I now have some wonderful new topics that I can't wait to further explore and teach.
