Royal Navy Submarine Museum的点评
点评：I wouldn’t usually take the time to do this. But here I am.
2 adults and a 4 year old cost £115.
At best this is a mornings visit, there is not enough here for any more than 2 hours which for the cost is absolutely ridiculous. The Big pit was free and a better day out than this.
The staff and submarine is Amazing. But even though the place was empty and there where no ques we couldn’t have a full tour which you could see was visibly annoying for the lovely man showing us round the submarine.
Poor signage from car park into the yard. Didn’t really feel like we had arrived at the correct location, other people where milling about looking a bit lost so followed us.
Even visiting in half term the place was very very quiet, actually we where the only people there not going over on the boat to do other attractions. Many of the museums interactive exhibits didn’t work.
I was really disappointed by my visit and am shocked at the cost of the tickets which I pre booked the night before.
1 coffee and 1 ice cream at the small kiosk cost £10.
Make of it what you will, but the cost did not reflect the experience. The swanage Heritage railway was better value for money for a mornings visit (£44) (£10 to park all day) and close enough you could sit on the beach for the rest of the day.
At best this is a £50 ticket, while I appreciate the cost of the up keep is probably high it was not reflected in the submarines condition which was in poor repair with obvious damage to the top part.
