点评：Our recent visit to The Donkey Sanctuary in Mallow on Monday was an absolute delight and a truly heartwarming experience. The sanctuary itself is beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful and loving home for these wonderful animals. It's clear that every donkey receives exceptional care, and their well-being is paramount.
A particular highlight was our interaction with Natasha in the visitor centre, who I believe is the manager. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge were truly outstanding. She was incredibly welcoming, answered all our questions with genuine enthusiasm, and shared fascinating insights into the donkeys' stories and the sanctuary's vital work. Her dedication shone through, making our visit even more meaningful. She was great with our kids and captivated them right away. There were two other staff members who were more interested in chatting with each other than helping out but nevertheless we still had a great time.
We left feeling inspired by the incredible work being done here. A must-visit for anyone in the area! One of the highlights of our holiday in Ireland.
