Red Funnel Isle of Wight Ferries的点评
点评：Red funnel have always been fantastic and helpful, when I was ill onboard they radioed through for an ambulance to meet me when we docked, they also put screens around me for privacy, they got me ice packs as my whole body was burning up, I ended up in Southampton hospital for a month. I’ve also been on board when a man went into cardiac arrest and the staff done cpr whilst waiting for the air ambulance, they also screened him off so people couldn’t watch, there were off duty staff on board as well who all stepped in to cordon areas off and prepare for paramedics.
The staff on red funnel are far superior than the staff on the other ferry company who are rude and nasty!!!!
The food is nice loading and unloading is very efficient, I ALWAYS travel with red funnel, I’d rather swim than go either way the other ferry company!!!!
