点评：We had high hopes for the cafe but were left very disappointed. Four of us ordered and the young girl repeated our order back to us. We were a party of four and it wasn't busy! Three meals arrived but not the fourth ( which was only a wrap). We waited and waited. My husband went and asked where his meal was and was told it was ''coming''. It didn't . So up he went again and asked where it was, we were told that the order hadn't been placed and the chef was doing it ''now''. By this time the rest of us were half way through our lunch. We complained and after the girl consulted with someone we were offered a measly 10% discount.
Then afterwards, against our better judgement ordered coffee and 2 slices of cake. Sounds quite simple. Once again the order was read back to us. The girl brought the coffee and tea pot over but no milk ( the cups were chipped) and one slice of cake. We thought she'd gone back for the other slice but we noticed she was serving customers. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and after waiting a bit longer my husband got up and had to ask her where the second slice and milk was. It was brought over to our table with a ''sorry about that''. Our table was cluttered from all our lunch plates, she could have taken a few back with her. It was an utter fiasco. One error with ordering is bad enough but two! We won't be in a hurry to repeat the experience.
On the only plus side, I did purchase a nice bracelet.

之后，我们又一次违背了自己的意愿，点了咖啡和两块蛋糕。听起来很简单。结果，她又一次把订单复述了一遍。女孩端来了咖啡和茶壶，但没有牛奶（杯子都破了），只给了一块蛋糕。我们以为她回去拿另一块蛋糕了，但后来发现她正在服务其他客人。我们姑且相信她，等了一会儿后，我丈夫起身去问她第二片披萨和牛奶在哪儿。她端上来的时候还说了声“不好意思”。我们桌上堆满了午餐的盘子，她完全可以把一些盘子拿回去。真是糟糕透了。点餐出错一次就够糟了，两次！我们可不想再来这家店了。
唯一值得庆幸的是，我买了个挺好看的手镯。
