奥斯本楼的点评
点评：A disappointing experience, especially as taking friends around.
The check in staff member was unfriendly, unhelpful and unsmiling.
The main walk down to the beach was closed off with ugly tape across the gateway but no signage at all to explain. We found our way down via Swiss Cottage and there was a sign at the beach end saying the path was closed due to flooding. Why was there not one at the top?
There was no sign in place of Victoria's bathing machine - something explaining it was being repaired (I presume?) would have been nice. And maybe the less than helpful check in person might have mentioned both issues..?
On the other hand, signs outside both the Terrace and Beach cafes, saying they were open, when they were clearly not.
All round, not the level of experience you would expect from one of the IoW's major tourist spots.

办理入住的工作人员态度冷漠，不热情，而且全程没有笑容。
通往海滩的主要步道被难看的胶带封住了，但没有任何指示牌。我们只好绕道瑞士小屋，在海滩尽头才看到一块牌子，上面写着由于洪水，步道封闭。为什么步道顶端没有牌子呢？
维多利亚号沐浴车的位置没有任何指示牌——如果能有个牌子说明它正在维修（我猜是这样？）就好了。或许那位不太热情的办理入住的工作人员应该会提到这两个问题吧？
另一方面，露台咖啡馆和海滩咖啡馆外面的牌子都显示营业中，但显然它们并没有开放。
