From the first contact—via WhatsApp or email—the responses are fast (often under an hour) and genuinely helpful. What sets them apart is that as a client, you are considered 360°, at every step. For example, when I traveled to Tortuguero, an island protecting sea turtles, the team didn’t just drive me—they provided detailed guidance on all the practical requirements, safety instructions, and environmental guidelines, so I could fully respect the wildlife and local regulations.
Costa Rica is organized by provinces, each with its own bus system, which can quickly become overwhelming if you try to plan everything on your own. This company simplifies everything: they pick you up exactly where you are, drop you off at your destination, and provide all the information you need for a stress-free journey. Drivers are punctual, safe, and friendly, and the operational team is incredibly generous in sharing cultural and local insights along the way. Trips are smooth, with well-timed stops (with breakfast included - a delicious one at that - if you leave really early!!), and even as someone who doesn’t speak Spanish, I felt completely confident and cared for. The price is very reasonable considering the level of service. This isn’t just transport—it’s a full travel experience. I would choose them again without hesitation.
