点评：This museum is located in the 180 year old Mariner’s Church in Dun Laoghaire. Both the building and the exhibits are quite interesting. The tour takes about 1 hour. Here you can learn about the history of some of the ships, the history of the construction of the local port and the port of Dublin, see a large lighthouse lantern and many items related to navigation. The exhibits are well labeled. If you enjoy thoughtful reading, you will find this museum interesting. It may not be worth a special trip from the center of Dublin, but the museum is a good place to visit while walking around Dun Laoghaire. When you get to the second floor of the museum, notice the prayer places in the corner behind a small fence. This church was also where condemned sailors were sent, as everyone should have the opportunity to turn to God. These places are for them.
