Treated appallingly by staff member
拉什法恩汉姆城堡的点评
点评：Have been to the castle before and went back today with my three young children. I am on my own with the children.We self guided with no offer of a tour. All was going well until a male staff member approached me on the first floor and in a very abrupt manner, told me that the children could not run on the floors. I had no problem with the running but felt deeply uncomfortable at the way in which he spoke to me. We moved on and minutes later, he followed us up to the second floor and again in a hostile and aggressive manner told me the children could not go on the mat or carpet that was behind the barrier. My children were not on the carpet and were stating behind the barrier, at that moment I felt targeted and harassed by the staff member, and uncomfortable that there was no one else around, just him, me and my three small children (5, 3, 1). I asked him to leave and he didn't. I then moved on with my children, shaken and upset. For a staff member of a public historical site to treat anyone line this is unacceptable and it ruined what should have been a nice morning spent with my children in the castle.
