Very cold day but fun experience

点评：To preface this - I think that as we went the weekend before Christmas on an incredibly cold day our experience was somewhat influenced. Generally the experiecne was great, very affordable for the amount of time that you can spend there and a lot to do (we didn't finish in a day). The ticket lasts for a year which is a bonus to allow you to complete everything if you live locally. Unfortunately the day we went was both super busy and bad weather which had led to parts of the museum being closed (appreciate the staff can't control the weather). This also meant that we weren't able to get on a bus/tram easily due to the wait times (again not any fault of the museum we just prefered to keep moving). This also meant that the food venues on the museum could not keep up with demand, as many people wanted to either be inside out of the cold, or get a hot drink to takeaway for warmth - we had to wait about 45 minutes for a hot chocolate, would have been much improved if there were a few more food trucks for drinks scattered around (we saw one only) to relieve the pressure on the venues at this peak time of year. Other than that a great day, the actors were still in good character despite the cold, and the festive decorations and music gave a great atmosphere.
