Great fun but a bit tired

点评：Me and partner booked a last minute trip as we had never been and were wholly unprepared for it to be absolutely smashing it down with rain!!
Never mind very few rides actually closed! The only one that stayed consistently shut was the Big One due to high winds, completely understandable.
I was so pleasantly surprised by how fat friendly it was? Me and my partner are not small girls and were prepared to not fit on any of the big rides but we did and it was amazing! We were convinced we would not fit on Icon, and asked a staff member for his honest opinion as to if we would fit, he advised we ask for the back row as they’re slightly bigger and lo and behold we got on!
The park staff were incredibly friendly and I think we only had one who seemed to be rather fed up, but other than them couldn’t fault the staff!
Everything is expensive and doesn’t take cash but you can load money onto a card, the only problem is if you don’t spend it does not get refunded to you! The staff did make this clear and suggested it’s best to start small and top up if needed
The whole park is quite run down and tired, could do with a bit of sprucing up but was still enjoyable
Extremely busy when we went as it was lots of school trips there, we decided to purchase the VIP speedy pass which made the whole day much more enjoyable and cut the wait times significantly
