点评：When i say my little girls dreams have come true!!
I couldn’t get her a Capybara encounter as it was all booked up. (We have tried every zoo we know of) 😩🤦🏻♀️
I wanted express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and kindness shown to my autistic child during our recent visit on 10/04/2025 In particular, I want to commend a lady called Laura who works mainly with the Capybaras for going above and beyond to make my daughters dream come true. Laura saw how emotional, overwhelmed and passionate my daughter was about the Capybara’s that she did her all to allow my daughter to interact with them in some way.
Laura’s patience, understanding, and genuine enthusiasm were truly remarkable. She took the time to connect with Ava, answer her endless questions, and even arranged a special encounter with the Capybaras after we had failed mainy times trying to book the experience and Ava being overwhelmed when she saw them. This experience meant the world to her and myself and has created a lasting memory for the both of us. We are incredibly grateful for Lauras dedication and commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for the two of us.
Thankyou Laura for making a little girls dream come true, you are an absolute credit to your team i will never be able to thankyou enough and we cannot wait to visit and hopefully manage to get a full experience day with the Capys. I hope you get the recognition you truly deserve! X
