点评:The customer service we received here was utterly appalling. I tried to book for the Lamar experience but we were told that this had to be done 24 hours in advance, this was not advertised on their website and I spent a lot of time waiting in a queue on the phone to be told this by a very rude woman.
We also used disabled access bands but it was not explained to us how these worked and, when we got them, the member of staff put them on the wrong members of our party, this ended up causing us huge issues when we were using the rides. This person was also incredibly rude and had no customer service skills at all. The staff on the rides were very rude, abrupt and not particularly sympathetic towards us.
There were a lot of queue jumping children (no naming where they came from but, put it this way, the amusement parks down south don’t have the same level of queue jumpers as this location does).
We also spent a lot of money on food and it was well below our expectations and nothing like what was advertised on the menu pictures.
Do yourself a favour and avoid going here if you don’t want to come away sad and miserable.
