点评:This was my first visit and it maybe my last. Despite a really good concert the staff here spoilt the experience.
There are no booked seats so the ushers acted like powerful dictatorial guards.
First you have to queue to ensure you can actually sit with those you came with, then you are frog marched from one end of the building to the other then made to wait in corridors. Once you have secured your seat you cannot rest easy as either staff will make you move or if you need the loo you risk loosing it to someone else (we saw this happen several times in our visit).
Once the act starts don't expect to hear it too well as the same staff make a big deal of talking and laughing loudly through the performance drowning out those on stage (and they have pa systems).
Also if you are prone to seizures the usher flashes her light throughout the performance making a mockery of the no camera flash policy and lighting up not only the auditorium but the night sky. The auditorium was rather dirty. The cafe was facing the sea but you had to know this as you could not sea out of yhe windows as they were that dirty. I am not sure who is the manager here but they need the order of the boot. This is definitely letting the town down.
