Small Cove with Excellent Snorkeling

点评：Playa Lagun is a smaller, rocky beach tucked into a beautiful cove, and we really enjoyed it. You do have to pay for the lounge chairs and umbrellas—I believe the umbrella was around $10. There were two separate people collecting for them, although the person handling the chair payment never ended up coming around while we were there.
There is a restaurant/food area above the beach, but you have to walk up a fairly steep set of stairs to reach it. It also looked like they were building something closer to the beach that may eventually become another food option.
The real highlight was the snorkeling. It was excellent—we even saw two octopuses. I would absolutely recommend bringing water shoes because the beach and water entry are rocky. We were also very glad we had fins, since the current was somewhat strong and they made swimming and exploring much easier.
Overall, a lovely smaller beach with some of the best snorkeling we experienced.
