Worth a visit but perhaps take a picnic.

点评：Went specifically to go and view Concorde, on a 1 hour trip which was very interesting and a tribute to the extraordinary skills of the British engineering team together with their French partners. A £20 ticket gave us free parking included and having stayed for many hours enjoying the sun, that was £12 we didn't have to play.
Other than that, positives and negatives. For those on a budget, taking your own food and drink, chairs and/or picnic blanket can make for a great day out whilst plane spotting and listening to the interesting commentary. Picnic tables are there but on busy days no guarantee they'll be available. No ball games though. Quiz for the children. Swings too and a roundabout.
Infact, when my friend and I return, it will be with our own provisions. The cafe sold only greasy, inedible chips with disgusting panninis, uninspired sandwiches or awful looking pizza. Everything sold was either inedible, fat laden or so full of sugar that you might as well have swallowed a bag of Tate and Lyle. Long queues but friendly counter staff. The ice cream stand looked good though and was popular.
As with all of this side of Manchester Airport, the interiors were dated and shabby. The cafe akin to 1950's Butlins. It needs a face lift. Especially more adequate toilet facilities are needed and cleaned more frequently.
