The Diamond P Ranch的点评
点评：I’m leaving this review because I feel people should know about my experience at Diamond P Ranch.
I told the young woman assisting us that I knew how to ride, although it had been awhile since I had been on a horse. Instead of simply offering guidance when needed, she repeatedly explained things to me that I already knew. At one point, while I was holding the reins, she abruptly yanked them back and said in a very rude tone, “That’s not holding them tight!!!”
I understand that safety is important when horseback riding, and I have no problem being corrected or given instructions when necessary. What bothered me was the disrespectful way I was spoken to and handled. I came to enjoy a horseback riding experience and expected to be treated courteously.
The experience itself could have been enjoyable, but the way I was treated by this employee really took away from it. I hope Diamond P Ranch addresses how customers are spoken to, especially when they are simply trying to enjoy their experience.
I will say that John was our guide and he was exceptional!!!!
