Great bargains
MBK购物中心的点评
点评：Bangkok has endless malls. And right here in this area there are three huge malls almost next to each other. First there's the Siam Paragon - our favourite mall, mostly thanks to the great food court, restaurants, food stalls and the Gourmet Market.
Then there's CentralWorld. Somewhere between Siam Paragon and the MBK Center when it comes to shops and pricing. Then at last the MBK Center, what I would consider the cheapest of these three (not in a bad way).
There are still the big brands and luxury brands. But there are lots of bargains to be found.
The food court is a pretty good one, also has a good number of different restaurants on several floors. We did enjoy the "Kenshin Izakaya".
The best thing about this mall in my opinion you find on the upper levels at the back of the floors. There's this maze of small little shops. Some selling fake brands and stuff. But others just cheap and cheerful clothes and shoes. For real bargain prices. Shirts, pants, sweaters, jackets, leather goods. Real fun just to get lost there and browse. The other two mall do not have that kind of shops - it's what we come to MBK for.
Don't miss out on the stalls outside of the MBK Center (ground floor on the left). Especially nice in the evening.
