点评：I was in Kansas for business. My first time in the state. I live in Southern California near the Central Coast AVA (e.g. Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Paso Robles). My cellar is full of California wines. I stumbled on Grace Hill driving to the Wichita airport. Had time so thought "Why not?" Why not indeed. Truly amazed by the quality of their dry wines. Did not try the sweet or library. Tasting room staff, two delightful ladies whose names I never got, surprised me with their wine knowledge, cultivated palates, and exceptionally personable company. I am always on the lookout for new and unusual grapes. Scored 3 I'd never seen or tried before (Vignoles, Chardonel, Chambourcin). Much to my regret (and the damage to their revenue stream!), they cannot ship to California. I would have eagerly tried the library wines if they could ship. If they could have shipped to me, I'd have bought much more than the 3 bottles I found a miraculous way to squeeze into my checked baggage. A serious winery led and run by serious wine people. Well worth a visit.
