点评：We arrived several minutes early for our reservation but were seated right away. After being seated, the waitress asked if we wanted mimosas (which we did). She didn't offer us any tea, water or coffee (which unbeknownst to us were all included with the price of our meal but it wasn't offered). Since we arrived early and were the first to go through the buffet line, one would expect the food to be hot. The shrimp and grits were dipped and sitting on a bar counter. They were cold and quite runny. The chicken on the chicken and waffles dish, was cold. When we let them know they were cold, they put them in the microwave. The bacon was good and was warm on a second try from the kitchen. The first batch was undercooked. The meal (for the price we paid) was less than mediocre because it was cold and lacked the excitement that it was built up to be. We contacted the restaurant after we left to let them know about our disappointing experience. We were refunded $18 for the two mimosas BUT, we were NOT refunded the sales tax and the tip that was collected! We were forced to pay the tip and then it wasn't refunded for the bad food/service. Also, the tip was calculated on the tax ~ that should never happen! We were offered excuses about lack of staff help. I am still quite irritated that we were not refunded the price of the mimosas, the sales tax and tip. Beware of eating at this restaurant and check your bill for the inflated tip.
