Lovely Museum but tough finding parking

点评：We visited on a Tuesday in September, planning on parking across the street as was mentioned on the website. But the parking lot was closed. And there was NO street parking. We ended up in the pay & display lot across from the castle after driving around a few times.
Luckily, we had arrived early as when we were returning to our car, there were no spots open for parking. I just mention this so that if you intend of visiting, be sure to have a back up plan. I had no idea I would need one.
It was absolutely worth the walk from the parking lot to the museum. There is no entry charge for the museum, and it has some fascinating history within its walls. The museum has collected quite a number of original items, which include the actual journal of William Darling that had been discovered during an Antiques Roadshow episode.
There are public toilets a block away should you need them on your way back down to the parking lot.
