Ephesus private day trip from Bodrum

点评：My partner and I had a private Ephesus day trip from Bodrum with Apasas Agency. Everything from start to finish was perfectly organised and we had the freedom to decide how we want to spend the day.
Our driver Ali picked us up in the morning from our hotel in Bodrum and we set off for Ephesus. The vehicle was air conditioned, comfortable and clean and we drove through some very picturesque landscapes! Ali even stopped to get us some local figs on the way which made us feel special!
We arrived in Ephesus and this is where we met our guide Güray and we continued to the house of Virgin Mary. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the region and so approachable. From there we continued to Ephesus where we spent 2h exploring the streets and sights of the ancient city. Our guide Güray showed us all the little corners with ancient significance and symbolic meaning and took photos of us. We also visited the immersive museum at the end which gave us a visual representation of what life was back then in this region.
After Ephesus we went to have a lovely grilled lunch and explored next doors carpet tapestry gallery shop to see how traditional Turkish carpets are made.
