Brewery Arts的点评
点评：The children had chosen their sweets and had them in their hand before we were told there had been technical difficulties for weeks. We were then directed to the bar were we could spend more money while we waited to hear the film wasn't going to be shown for another 4 hours. Children don't have the same concept of time as adults and insisted they wanted to see the movie, after a painful 3 hour wait they finally gave up asking how much longer and wanted to go home. The Brewery offered a refund but it would take up to a week so unless parents have a surplus activity fund there was no money for a different activity that day. There was no offer compensation no promo code no responsibility taken by the brewery, We understand Technical problems can't be helped but it could have been handled better. Refund on the day, don't open the shop and offer compensation would be my advice.
The Brewery have some great tribute bands performing, The bands are always in the malt room so you can never see them as the stage is too low, Lat time I went the group asked the audience to sit on the floor so others that were not immediately in front of the stage could see them, we all went home with dirty bottoms but at least we got a view for a couple of songs, why not use the theatre which only shows children's acts. unless it's all about the bar sales and no about audience satisfaction.
Credit were credit where credit is due carers go free when accompanying a person with a disability as many venues do.
