Unhygenic and terrible experience at Splash Island

点评：Our experience at Splash Island was extremely terrible and very disappointing.
The pools were very dirty, especially the Balsa River and the Wave Pool. The Balsa River looked like running sewage water. What made it worse was that the pool staff did not properly control guests entering the river while wearing their footwear. All the dirt from outside ends up in the water instead of guests being instructed to leave their footwear at the entry point.
As for the Wave Pool, someone actually pooped in the pool during a session. It was absolutely disgusting and very unhygienic.
The restrooms and shower areas were also filthy and poorly maintained. Even the food was overpriced and not worth it at all.
We also tried the dome glamping accommodation, but it was far from a “glam” experience. The beddings smelled bad, and the air conditioning was not cold enough to keep the room comfortable.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience were unacceptable. We definitely will NOT be coming back to Splash Island. It will be our first and last visit.
