HONEST REVIEW!
tl;dr: great, very funny and charming staff. terrible logistics: last-minute deposit panic, no photo/video taken???? schedule change, dive cut short (190 → 110 bar, 20min). paid $85, wouldn’t return.
1. i booked via whatsapp 7 days prior to my dive, and last day i get a text that they forgot to send me the booking link deposit and i have to pay in 2 hours or it gets cancelled. my phone had water damage and it was a stressful situation to find someone at 6am to pay 2.390.000IDR for me..
2. we booked and asked 3 times if we get the photo/video and they said yes each time, and there was nobody taking any pictures and videos, (capturing the scuba dive was one of the reasons that we opted for Gili Divers)
3. after i managed to pay, i got asked if i would be okay to come at 8.30 because they are fully booked at 11.30 even tho i made the booking for 11.30 7 days prior??
4. i got asked on WA to come at 10.30 latest, only to get there at 10.20 and be asked to come in 45 minutes later
optional: i only got to dive from 190bar to 110bar (~20min) because our diver cancelled the dive because someone wasnt properly diving
wouldve loved to give 5 stars but spending $85, no video/photos.. and all these things happening.… its crazy.. would not come back sadly disappointing.

2. 我们预订了房间，问了三次是否可以拍照/录像，他们每次都说可以，但根本没人拍照和录像（拍潜水照片是我们选择吉利潜水的原因之一）。
3. 我付款后，他们问我8点半能不能来，因为11点半的票已经订满了，虽然我提前7天预订了11点半的票。
4. 我在WA上被要求最迟10:30到达，结果10:20就到了，结果被要求晚45分钟。
可选：我只潜了190bar到110bar（大约20分钟），因为我们的潜水员因为有人潜水不当取消了潜水。
本来想给五星好评，但花了85美元，却没有视频/照片……而且还发生了这么多事……真是疯了……不会再来了，真是令人失望。
