麦都豪尔购物中心的点评
点评：I had a very pleasant shopping experience. Got the things I needed plus some extras.
In particular I had a great experience at Carvela:
As soon as I entered I was greeted by a lovely lady, Marie B, without any judgement or assumption if I was going to buy or not. I asked about a product and she had it in stock and brought it out. She also told me the trainer has a gel insole which I didn't know but I could feel it when I tried the shoe. I was unhappy as it wasn't a leather shoe, she showed me the leather trainers but I decided to see what else was in other stores. I returned to Carvela because this trainer, despite not being leather, was the most stylish and comfortable. It was also on sale which the lady told me during my first visit. I purchased the shoes and both assistants were very kind, pleasant and made friendly conversation.
Please provide this feedback because it really enhanced my shopping trip and overall day. Thank you so much Marie!
The lady at Whittards was exceptionally helpful, she immediately greeted me and asked if I was shopping for a gift. I was shopping for my family and myself but unsure about a flavour that wasn't available as a taster. She quickly offered to make me that flavour, I was so surprised, thankfully I was able to try as it wasn't to my taste and I was able to make another choice and purchase.
I also visited body and bath looking for a specific shampoo, they didn't have it and the lady was kind enough to tell me to look in other brand stores she believed could have the item. I thought this was very kind and professional of her.
Definitely needed more time here! It was a pleasant experience and I look forward to returning.

Whittards 的女士非常热情，她立刻就跟我打招呼，问我是不是想买礼物。我当时是想给自己和家人买，但不确定有没有试用品。她很快就主动提出可以做那种口味的，我非常惊喜。幸好我试过了，因为那个口味不合我的口味，所以我可以再选一个口味再买。
我还去了身体和沐浴用品部，想找一款特定的洗发水，但他们没有。这位女士很好心地建议我去她认为可能有的其他品牌店看看。我觉得她非常友善，也很专业。
我绝对需要在这里多待一段时间！这是一次愉快的体验，我期待着再次光临。
