点评：Communication with this company was terrible. I booked the Cruise Ship Snorkel Tour months in advance and paid but only got a confirmation of payment, not of the date or nature of the excursion. A couple of weeks before the excursion I tried to get confirmation but never heard back. I tried emailing repeatedly, contacting through the website repeatedly, and texting. Nothing. I was unsure whether to just book with someone else and asked them to please just let me know if they lost my reservation. Nothing. We decided to show up since they had our money, and we did do the excursion, but their lack of communication caused a lot of needless concern.
The snorkeling was good and while our two young guides were a little unsure at times, they did a reasonably good job.
