点评：*emailed this before posting review & managers response was unhelpful, inadequate and lacked compassion. No offer of a refund, didn’t even address half of the issues*
‘Land train’ not running, yes the tractor was however this is very basic and had very little seating meaning a constant queue of well over a 15 minute wait.
‘Big top tent’ is closed - it is autumn/winter and children are expected to sit on the muddy floor outside for a lot of the shows.
Neither of the above are stated on the website.
There was no hot food by 12:30. No hot dogs or burgers in the play barn left at all, neither of these which are really suitable for young children but other than pizza that was the only choice (hot food wise). My son settled for a lunch box and us adults went hungry. By not even midday there was no blue roll in the hand wash stations around the farm meaning after feeding the pigs and washing our hands we had freezing cold hands.
We also sat down for the magic show in the pavilion, within plenty time of it starting to be told there was already no Prosecco left at the bar.
There were also no meerkats.
All of this is very disappointing.
I understand the odd mishap and things that are out of control but I have listed 5 things above which had all taken place within an hour and a half of being at the farm.
Baring this in mind, we paid the ‘high season price’ for myself my mother and my son who is 3 which I do not see fit at all.
