Weald & Downland Living Museum的点评
点评：Five of us, all senior citizens, visited this museum on a beautifully sunny June day, and we really had the best time. We’ve been to the Black Country Living Museum, Crich Tramway Village and Beamish Living Museum in the past and this one is right up there with the other three, although we think that Beamish is still the number one museum of this type. We arrived as the museum opened and didn’t leave until it was almost closing time as there was so much to see and do. I took a lot of photos and you can tell that we were having a joyful experience as we all look so happy in each and every photo that I took. We’ve also got some great videos of us feeding the ducks and playing with the toys in one of the buildings, so a lot of happy memories were made on our day out. One thing that I have to comment on is the fact that Beamish’s ticket is automatically an annual pass, when this museum’s ticket is just a daily pass. Now, we live in the Midlands and have driven up to Beamish three times over the past year to visit, so I think that this museum is missing a trick by not making the ticket price a yearly pass, as a lot of such places are doing now – Beamish make quite a bit of money out of us each time we visit, as we buy quite a lot of food and drink when we are there. Anyway, we all thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it.
