Dive Exuma的点评
点评：It was obviously not the dive shop's fault that it was too windy for most of our time in Exuma to complete our scheduled two half days of diving. However, they should certainly take responsibility for how they handled it. For one scheduled half-day, we merely got in a 20-minute dive to a very average spot, and were back on the dock by about 10:30. The guides barely spoke to us and certainly didn't crack a smile or do anything you would expect from a service-oriented crew. And we had young teens with us who were diving in the ocean for the first time! I've done lots of diving around the world and they rank at the very bottom of dive professionals I've worked with. And to top it all off, we are still fighting tooth and nail to get refunded for the dives we didn't do. The woman running the shop contends we should pay for the whole half-day despite only taking up about an hour of their time, and is also refusing to return the $250 deposit on the the second day, which was cancelled. I would never dive with this shop again, and would certainly warn anyone else against doing so. In fact, I would say if you want to dive, go to a different island!
