Disappointing and Overpriced Experience at Kentwell Hall’s Dickensian Christmas

点评：I had high hopes for Kentwell Hall’s Dickensian Christmas event but unfortunately left feeling quite underwhelmed. The main issue was the cost—ticket prices were extremely high, and for what was offered, it didn’t feel like value for money at all.
The event itself was surprisingly sparse, with not much to do once inside. While some effort had been made to create a festive atmosphere, it felt minimal, and there wasn’t enough to keep either adults or children engaged for more than a short time. Adding to the disappointment was the strict half-day entry rule unless you paid extra, which felt restrictive and unnecessarily profit-driven.
Overall, while the concept of a Dickensian Christmas is charming, the execution left much to be desired. For the price, I expected a fuller, more immersive experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless major changes are made to improve the value and overall offering.
